This will be a short week of planning since it's Thanksgiving week.
Monday- Mexican Tamale Pie* with salsa, avocado, and plain Greek fat free yogurt (I use this instead of sour cream-- you really can't tell the difference.)
Tuesday- Shakshuka. My mouth is watering as I type this. I love this recipe.
Wednesday- Cory has basketball so I'll probably have breakfast for dinner.
Thursday-Gobble, Gobble.
Friday- T-day leftovers
*I sometimes get the Amy's frozen meal for a quick microwave lunch or dinner. It's really good but I decided to make it and freeze it for fast and healthy lunches/dinners.
