Sushipalooza 2011

Nothing like starting off the New Year with a touch of mercury poisoning. Our New Year's Day tradition includes lots of sushi and champagne. I think we've been doing this for about 5 years now. I have not been able to partake in the consumption in the last 2 out of 3 years due to baby growing so this year I made up for lost times.

I really like making sushi. I do most of the prep and Cory does the rolling. And I follow him around with a bottle of bleach reminding him to handle raw fish safely.
