Tuesday- Wilted Kale and roasted cauliflower (from my sister and brother-in-law's garden!) with slivered almonds, pomegranate seeds, and apple cider vinegar over bulgur
Wednesday- Leftovers
Thursday- Mushroom and Onion Pizza* and Salad
Friday- Asian style salmon, bok choy, and brown rice
* Since I am still fat-camping, I will use the Trader Joe's wheat pizza crust. Even when I'm not fat-camping, I prefer that crust. And we'll make the pizza on the grill. Definitely tastes better that way.
