Tuesday- Mediterranean Quinoa (quinoa with , onions, garlic, summer squash, artichoke hearts, kale, tomatoes, capers, lemon zest, and feta cheese. We didn't end up having this a couple of weeks ago.)
Wednesday- Something with corn on the cob. I am currently housing about 5 ears in my fridge. Any ideas for corn dishes? And don't say corn chowder. I love corn but I hate corn chowder. Go figure.
