Meal Planning

Monday- Nanny's
Tuesday- Fish tacos (we didn't end up having these last week)
Wednesday- Leftovers or something out of the Freezer
Thursday- Asian veggie and noodle stir-fry
Friday- Chopped BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad* (thanks for reminding me about this one, Bri!)


* Based on the ridonculously fatty and caloric salad at the Cheesecake Factory.

Ingredients
Grilled or rotisserie chicken
Lettuce
Corn
Black Beans
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Dressing- mix BBQ sauce w/fat free Ranch dressing
--Chop, chop, chop, mix and you're good to go
