Kudos to this owner for thinking outside the box. Why just stick to boring interior and exterior photos of your property. After a while all the photos end up looking the same for each place (2-3 bedrooms, twin beds in all rooms, outdated kitchens, decks, etc.) All the amenities are listed, blah, blah... you have a dishwasher, laundry, outdoor shower, great. But do you have an old lady that comes with the place? Great marketing.

Is Grandma Included in the Rental Fee?
Cory's been searching for a house for us to rent this summer in the Cape. He came across a listing with this photo.
