This week is an easy meal planning week since we are headed to VA on Thursday to visit my sister and family. Woo-hoo! Nonetheless, I need to get back into meal planning so here's what's on deck.
Tuesday- Butternut Squash Hash with Chicken. That recipe looks good. I think I'll replace the onion with leeks. They are my latest obsession.
Wednesday- Leftovers. We'll need to clean out the fridge so it will be a smorgasbord.
