So last week's meals were a bust. For some reason or another, the planned meal never ended up on the table so I'll try again this week.
Tuesday- Spaghetti squash with turkey meat sauce
Wednesday- Cory will be at basketball so I'll probably have breakfast for dinner.
Thursday- Roasted chicken with roasted beets and cauliflower
Friday- Grilled shrimp and veggies over mixed greens
