Wednesday- Leftovers
Thursday- Moroccan Spaghetti Squash + Lentils
Friday- Stuffed Peppers. Since I'm currently participating in Fat Camp, I will use turkey meat, chicken broth, and couscous for the stuffing, along with whatever vegetables I have in the fridge.
I made the Moroccan Spaghetti Squash last year... it's delicious!!!
